Hi and welcome to OptimaDesign.

I am Felipe Manzatucci, a Chartered Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Structural and Civil engineering design, and a simple belief that homeowners deserve access to the same quality of engineering as the biggest construction projects in the country.

Throughout my career, I have led the structural and civil engineering design of multimillion pound projects such as hospitals, schools, and large residential developments where engineering decisions carried enormous responsibility and zero margin for error. The knowledge and expertise I gathered is what I am now making available to you.
